Human Error

Please understand we do our best to include the most accurate and up to date information on our website. Product and company information  may contain unintentional human errors such as typos and or information omissions or mistakes. We reserve the right to correct or change product information or images after a purchase is made.

Product Images

Most of the time, product images are not the actual product. They are digital mockups used to represent the actual product. These digital mock-ups are not 100% accurate to the way the product will look in person. For instance the garment and or ink colors may look slightly different in person. Please note each screen (computer or phone) have different color profiles and will represent colors slightly different. 

Also the decoration size may be different than what is displayed in the mockup. For instance the print/embroidery design may very in proportion to product, dependent on garment size. For Example : The graphic will appear proportionally  different on a 3XL size and a XS size because the graphic size will stay the same, while the garment size is different.

Customer Comments and Photos

Hudson Dwellers reserves the right to use any customer uploaded reviews, comments, or photos for content or product creation. For example if you leave a great review, we are allowed to use that review on our website or any other social media site. 

If you upload a product photo we also reserve the right to use that on our website or social media profiles. If you do not want us to use your words or photos please notify us. Thank you.

Give Back Policy

Please see our Give Back Policy details HERE. Here at Hudson Dwellers we value honesty and integrity. As such we will try our best  to be as accurate as possible in regards to our Give Back Policy. However please note we are a small human run brand. There may be human error or issues that arise when calculating the amount to give back.

 

We have tried to simplify the Give back policy to reduce calculation issues. We are now offering a 5% total sale give back (instead of the 10% profit give back). Meaning if an item costs $20 we will give $1 to the organizations we deem fit. We have the right to change this policy and the recipients of the Give Back at any time. We will keep this information up to date on our website.

 

We are not legally responsible to compensate for any human error accounting mistakes in relation to the Give Back Policy.  But please note, with the new simpler Give back policy these errors should not arise.
